I’ve been running a Sprinter 4×4 for over a year now and I have to say, there is no better way to camp! The 4wd capability is impressive and the the things you can do to customize them is amazing.
I recently watched a video from John with Owl Vans on the top 5 upgrades for your Sprinter and I have to say, I don’t disagree. I would however change my list just a bit, but trust me…I really want every one of those upgrades John talked about.
I bought my Sprinter as an empty cargo van, so getting an interior installed was number one for me. I think Lost Hiway Customs have come up with the best interior in the industry for those of us that love hitting the trails. Their components are all riveted aluminum, built tough, and you couldn’t have a more capable and awesome family running it.
As the industry grows so does the amount of DIYers that decide to take on their build themselves. Lost Hiway makes everything you need, and the install is pretty easy. Here are a few photos I took after the install. Now, I’m waiting for one more component to be made and installed and then a full walk through/around video will be coming to show you guys what I’ve done.
